Your Elder Care Specialist helps families navigate all facets of care for their aging loved ones. Our Founder, Rebecca Johnson is a social worker (BSW) uses a holistic approach to assisting families. We provide free assessments, qualified referrals for in home care, home health and hospice services. Our services also include senior placement into Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Board and Care.
Our team of partners also provide services such as benefit evaluations, behavior management, legal and geriatric related services.
We are proud to serve the Carmichael community and to be a vibrant part of the Chamber of Commerce.
