About this Nominee
Nature’s Lab is Carmichael’s bilingual, nature‑based school where children learn by doing. In our Spanish immersion 90%-English 10% program, students build strong language skills while exploring our outdoor classroom, caring for friendly chickens and small pets, and diving into hands‑on STEAM projects. With very small groups (1 teacher for up to 6 children), experienced educators, and a warm, family‑centered community, we personalize learning and social‑emotional growth so every child feels known, curious, and confident.
