Welcome to Pasquale’s, a family owned and operated Italian restaurant dedicated to a tradition of quality that began decades ago with our Namesake Pasquale Giambrone. Pasquale’s has been serving Carmichael since 1975. In 2018 after 5 generations the founding family passed along everything to another like minded quality-first family who’ve continued to serve Carmichael with only the best ingredients and same Earl created, and still often sampled & verified by Earl, recipes.
