Golf Fitness Solutions is proud to call Carmichael home. Founded by Adam Johnson, GFS helps golfers and active adults move better, feel better, and perform at their best through personalized fitness training, mobility work, assisted stretching, massage therapy, and golf-performance coaching.
What began as a vision to help golfers play the game they love without pain or physical limitations has grown into a supportive community focused on improving health, confidence, and quality of life. Our programs are designed for everyone, from competitive golfers looking to gain speed and strength to everyday adults who simply want to stay active and feel better.
At GFS, every client is treated as an individual. We take the time to understand their goals, identify what may be holding them back, and create a clear plan to help them succeed.
